Well, I made it to Boulder and all is good. I am staying with Becca's aunt Joanna and her uncle Stew. They have been such kind hosts. I arrived around 8 PM on the first day and arrived to a wonderful meal and cold wine with some friends of theirs recently returned from China. The weather was perfect and it was a great evening sitting by the banks of the Colorado Creek.
Day 2 was rather eventful as I started the morning off with a nice visit to the Farmer's Market. I had the opportunity to visit with a photographer there about some of the techniques he uses with his photos and work. I then walked back to the house along the Colorado Creek. There is a great path that practically takes you to their doorstep. Along the way, I also chatted with another photographer while he was shooting some Senior photos. It was good to see the equipment he was using and the manner in which he was using it.
After I returned to Joanna's, she took me out to Glenn Haven, an area near Estes Park where she and Stew have a wonderful cabin in the mountains. We ate some dinner there and then ventured back out into the Rocky Mountain National Park where she drove me up to Trail Ridge Road - The highest highway in the United States. I got a bit light headed up there. Totally worth it though. Amazing views and got to see

some Elk up close. We then returned to the cabin where I took some more pictures, visit with Joanna a bit and we went to bed. I have one more day in Boulder to see some of the sites. Gonna head out in a bit to see what I can find and then come 
back to watch a movie with t
